ZJ45 Vacuum tester is a portable device for measuring the vacuum, which is mainly uesd to test the leakproofness of engine's valve and valve seat. It can be also applied to test other vacuum.The leakproofness of cone face of engine's valve and valve seat has a direct effect on the normal working of engine, and J45 can be used to measure and test. if the vacuum degree is below 600mbar, the valve and valve seat need to be repaired. When repaired, the valve machine can be used to repair the cone of valve, and the valve seat boring to bore the cone of valve seat. In order to judge if the valve and valve seat after being repaired can meet the needs , you can use this device to test .
Operation:
It is accoring to the size of cylinder head valve to choose the suitable suction cup. If you have bought our valve seat boring device, then there are all kinds of suction cup.Inset the suction cup's air pipe into the plug(tightly)which is among the vacuum tester. Open the left switch of the tester, and glue the suction cup on the corresponding inlet place. At this time, the vacuum gauge will display the value. If the value is over 600mbar (0.6kg), then its leakproofness is good. If there is on suction cup, you can buy it separately .
Matters need attention:
* Make sure the supply voltage is in accordance with the brand's voltage,in cse of the burning damage to the
motor.
* Keep the working enviroment clean and dry.
